We welcome both cats and dogs at our Spring Lake apartment community.
Current pet policy:
- Maximum of two pets per apartment
- $300 one-time pet fee per pet
- $20 monthly pet rent per pet
- Breed restrictions apply
- All pets and animals must complete the community’s third-party screening and registration process
